    The female staff assigned at the front desk during my stay has an attitude. It seemed that the female staff forgot that her job included hospitality, and being courteous and welcoming to guests. I stayed here last May 13th of 2026. I checked in around 6 -7 pm. When I asked the front desk to assist and guide me during self check in with their self check machine, she didn’t even give me the bare minimum of customer service and assistance. Apparently, she seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with what she was doing that time. If I remember correctly, she was writing something at the time. Compared to my wonderful stay at Hotel Hanshin in Osaka, my experience here at your hotel was unfortunately dampened by the poor service by your staff. Honestly, the hotel was wonderful. The facilities were superb . Location was great. The breakfast was good. I would love to stay here again, but with the experience that I had with the front desk staff, I would really rather not. I’m pretty sure that there are other hotels in the area with the same great facilities, but with staff who actually know how to be courteous and provide assistance to their guests.

    Helpful staff. Didn’t expect they provide free coffee machine, microwave, at the lobby with a long wooden dining table. They are so thoughtful to provide paper cups with caps ready for take away. The message chair is not comfortable, there’s no foot message function

    The hotel’s location was excellent, as it is conveniently located near JR Hakata Station, making it very easy to travel around and access nearby shops, restaurants, and transport options. The convenience of the location was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. Many of the hotel staff appeared annoyed whenever we approached them with questions or requests. They were often quick to dismiss our concerns, jumped to conclusions without properly understanding the situation, and showed little willingness to assist. Explanations were rarely provided, and overall, the staff did not make much effort to be helpful or accommodating, which negatively affected the overall experience. This was particularly noticeable with one English-speaking female staff member (identifiable by her larger build) whose attitude came across as especially dismissive and unhelpful compared to the rest of the team. Interactions with her felt rushed, and there was little effort made to properly address or clarify our concerns.
