    We rented four separate rooms for our group. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The room may not be big but it is larger than many of the Japanese hotels. This place is very convenient. It is only about 5-6 minutes walk from the Hakata station. Check-in took a little time because it required everyone's passport and photos. The beds are comfortable and there were rooms to place your luggage. The shower is wonderful with strong water pressure. Toilet and shower are separate making it very user friendly. And the price cannot be beat. Great value. Only one thing not available is luggage storage since it is not a regular Hotel. But overall, we liked it and would come back again.

    The location was one of the best parts of our stay. It was close to the metro station, making travel around the city quick and hassle free. There were plenty of food options nearby, and the area was lively but still quiet at night. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideal for groups.

    Terrible check in process! Staff so long to reply! They dont clean your room! You have to get your towels downstairs! Just go to nearby hotels theres better service ! This concept of no receptionist and no front desk is not working! And will not work
