    It was hard to contact the property regarding early check in and late checkout.. But otherwise checking in and out was easy. Room was great except the sofa bed was not sleepable. Very lumpy. We did have a great stay. The air con was good and I slept well. (Although my friends thought the street noise was a bit loud. I didn’t even notice.) Might stay again next time.

    the place is about 10 mins walk from hakata station, overall good place to stay with family. they also allow you for late check-out up to 12NN

    The rooms were nice and big for Japan. Bathrooms very good. However, i didn’t get the best sleep throughout my stay. The traffic sounds were too loud from the 4th floor. The inn is situated right by a traffic light, so cars stop and go the whole time. Also we stayed 6 nights and it would have been nice to get fresh towels since the washing machine did not have a dryer. This option was not available however and we were instructed to use the washing machine. The inn could improve on this service.
