KOKO HOTEL Premier Hakata - formerly Tenza Hotel at Hakata Station

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the station.

Super closer to Hakata station as it’s just steps away from it . There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby ! I love they offered free crib for my little one during the stay .

The room is a bit too packed.

location, location, location. Very quiet, excellent air-conditioning, and strong water pressure.

We were very polite from the beginning to the end, but the two female staffs who "welcomed us" at the restaurant were very impatient and refusing to arrange an appropriate table for five people. I could tell from their faces, even with their face masks on, were very unhappy serving their customers. On top of that, at 10am where the restaurant closes, they could have politely asked us to leave but instead she was speaking to us quite madly, felt like we were given a military order to leave immediately. I've never encountered such negative experiences in Japan! On contrary, the male staff and another female staff set a great example of what servicing should look like.

Location - perfect walking distance to many shops food Hakata station ect.. free laundry facilities room size is bigger than most Japanese hotels

Very cluttered foyer with a pop up shop, childrens creche and poory position banners and toiletry top up taking centre stage - looks like a 3 star furniture in the room is slightly dated - that dark brown wood look which is scratched , actually a lot brown in the decor
