Hotel was close the Hakata Station and the Airport. It met my needs for a cheaper accommodation model.
All aspects of the motel met my needs.

It was clean tidy and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Just one night no one on duty spoke English and it was hard to get a recommendation for somewhere to eat with my wife’s allergies.
More USB outlets in the rooms would have helped. Some food options later in the day would help, we were very tired when we arrived and then had to go and find something to eat.

About 8-10mins walk from the station I loved that there is a park with lot of Sakura Trees nearby the hotel. The staff were accommodating and nice. The only thing I think missing on this hotel was there were no free coffee drips and skincare unlike the other hotels I’ve tried in Japan but they have free water drink at the lobby and free chocolates too. All in all we loved our stay.

It is convenient, near Hakata Station.
Even I booked Queen bed room, it was very small. There was no space to open my 26 inches suitcase.
