    Perfect hotel for a group looking for a nice budget friendly stay in Fukuoka, takes a short walk/ride to get to a station but otherwise would definitely recommend!

    All Stay Grand Hakata is a comfortable and clean place to stay. It’s a bit far from Hakata Station, but the walk is pleasant and manageable. The rooms are well-kept and quiet, making it a good option if you don’t mind a short walk to the station.

    Cons: The posted photos were taken when the place was new. Now the sofa has several places that sinks when sat on - worn out cushion and broken frame. We chose this because we thought it will be a comfortable space for six people. Paid *** US for 5 nights, we were ripped off. Blinds in the living room is broken so we never saw the daylight while indoor. Owner promised to give 10% refund but it never came. Asked me to message Agoda for the refund that Agoda also left unanswered. Place is very far from anything - there’s only one 7-11 store in the area. You have to go back to the station to get anything you need. Very long walk from the station so we ended up taking taxi most of the time. Pro: Came to refill the body wash when asked.
