    This place is not worth the money at all. The room was old and worn out with a dirty alcove where a washing machine used to be. The balcony was dirty and good for nothing. Yes it had been cleaned but you can’t polish a turd. It was more like staying in an old apartment building than a hotel that has seen little to no maintenance for the last 15 years. I booked it because I needed a hotel with a 24 hour reception which it was advertised as but when I arrived I found the door locked and a sign that said to follow the booking instructions which I had not been sent. Some contractor was passing through the door and he phoned the staff for me who came down. There were two very nice people manning it and from what I understand they are both new (one and two months each) and they were really understanding and helpful but they were the only good thing about the hotel. Fukuoka is expensive in general but this place doesn’t look like the pictures and for the same price, you can do much better.
