The neighbourhood is very quiet and authentic. It’s on the other side of Hakata Station but Fukuoka centre remains in walkable distance. Online support was helpful.
The air conditioning unit is located in one corner, with hot weather it was not enough to cool down the sleeping area. At this price range, it would have been nice to get tea/instant coffee included.

The location was superb, the room was super clean with convenient kitchenware. It was completely stocked with all laundry etc. overall full value for money. If you want to visit Fukuoka and want to stay near the Hakata then do take this room
The pillows or bedsheets could be given extra and the balcony wasn't clean at all

Self-check-in is really convenient, right in the middle between the airport and the train station
The bed in the room - you can easily bump your head if you're not careful. My kid and my wife have both bumped their heads several times
