About this house rental
Welcome to Sunny Oaks! This unique and cozy log cabin home is located in a beautiful gated community with lake access to a clean, calm and open cove, including a private boat ramp! The cove opens up to a perfect spot out on Lake LBJ on the Colorado River Arm. This open rustic modern home will have you thanking your lucky stars you are in Texas!
**If you bring a boat and have a tower, there is a bridge that requires 6 feet of clearance above the water line. Your tower will need to fold all the way down**
The house has two private bedrooms, one located downstairs and one upstairs, both filled with queen beds and private closets. The common area downstairs is very open with high ceilings and features two queen bunk beds and two built-in twin beds. The house sleeps a total of 10 people.
The main living area includes a pool table, large flat screen TV, games, and plenty of area to sit back and relax.
Additional amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, 2 large Paddle Boards, Kayak, surfboard, charcoal grill, hot tub, washer & dryer, outdoor patio dining, walking trails, and plenty of parking on the property.
Other things to note: Lake LBJ is a constant level lake, the boat ramp is right across from the house, 5min drive to your local grocery store (HEB), golf courses nearby, access to vineyards and wineries, and several restaurants! We welcome you to stay in beautiful Texas Hill Country!

House is wonderful. Weather didn’t let us get into the lake but we were able to make the best of it at the house playing pool and hanging out in the patio looking at Mother Nature. Brook was awesome with directions and welcoming us to the house. Definitely go back.

Was really nice to stay at this place. Heavy cabin vibes in a very good way. Nice community area where the house is located. Neighbors are nice too. Amenities are awesome. Only gripe is the kitchen is upstairs.
