About this house rental
This Hawaiian themed lake house is located in the Texas Hill Country on beautiful constant level Lake LBJ. It has it's own boat dock and plenty of open waterfront with gorgeous views. Located at Rio Vista Resort and RV Park, it includes resort amenities such as pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, and more!
The master bedroom is toward the front of the house, it is large, with plenty of space. There is a den area across the hall from the master, it has a bunk bed. The third bedroom is in the back of the house. It is very large, and has a king size bed as well as 2 bunk beds. All of the furniture in the bedrooms is new and very nice. The 3 bunk beds in this house are able to sleep 3 guests each, 2 on the bottom and one on top.
You will have access to the entire house, minus one storage closet. There is room to park several cars or boat trailers. Also included is a private boat dock to use during your stay.

This house is one of 5 in a row on open waterfront at Rio Vista Resort. All of our houses have access to all the amenities located at the resort, which include a swimming pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, mini golf course, ping pong table, boat ramp, playground, and more. Everything is conveniently located within about a 5 minute walk.
