Come and enjoy our beautiful lake house. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and complete kitchen amenities for your daily needs. Our amazing outdoor living area is located underneath the house and provides plenty of shade and a nice breeze throughout the year. Go fishing right off the dock or in one of our complementary kayaks and grill your fresh catch of the day.
The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; renting a boat or jet ski on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, playing 18 holes of golf, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

The host was very prepared to answer questions or offer assistance whenever needed.I have a few complaints. The TVs did not work (Frustrating). Even my cousin, who is an IT specialist at a major company, couldn't get them to work. I wanted to watch the news and football!! Additionally, there was no coffee available, and it would have been helpful to know this in advance. The lighting on the exterior stairs and front door steps is dull. My husband tripped at the front door and cut his arm. Dirty dishes were stored under the bar area. Water flow in the master bath sink next to the shower is extremely slow. Extra blankets are needed in the unit.Sorry, so many complaints, however, thought it is needed to maintain the property for the cost!

We enjoyed the house! Loved that it was off the main "strip" on the lake which allowed us to pull off and swim were it's calm. We came on Labor Day weekend...VERY BUSY! The house was great but I didn't think of the stairs when I first booked it. We were fine with them (in our 50's) but our 70 parents did struggle some. There was a bathroom on the ground level...and this helped! The main bedroom was at the top of another flight of stairs. My first plan was to give the master to my parents, but they passed on it when they saw they had to climb another flight of stairs. lol! Besides that, the place was GREAT! Comfortable, close to store (HEB) and restaurants! We loved the back patio up top and the one under the house. Having the paddle boards were a lot of fun too! Loved our stay!!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and we absolutely love it! it's the perfect size for our family and offers all the amenities one could ask for.The owners are the ultimate hosts and go out of the way to make sure your stay is perfect! Can't wait till next summer. We will be back!
