Wake up in the treetops with coffee on the deck as birdsong fills the air. Spend the morning kayaking the quiet cove or reading on the screened-in patio. Afternoons are for lounging in one of two cozy living spaces, playing games, or enjoying the monkey swing. Grill dinner, then wind down with a movie on the outdoor projector or drinks under twinkle lights. With lake access and room for 11, The Treetops is the perfect lakeside retreat.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house, back porches, and the boat cleats at the dock. This home does not have a lift available for guests but two sets of cleats along the bulkhead for boats.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located on a quiet cove off the Llano River on Lake LBJ. The Lighthouse Golf Course is located near this house and is close to the center of Kingsland. There are local restaurants, outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country. The neighborhood has it's own boat ramp and two POA parks. One park is located directly next to this house.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

This is a Pet Friendly Property. We do require a pet fee of $100 per pet and must complete paperwork prior to arrival.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Cool place, lots of room. Deck outside is nice, and the screened-in porch with the projector is awesome. Communication with host was great from booking to check-out. Close to grocery store and a couple of nice golf courses. We had eight adults for three nights and had plenty of space to sleep and chill.

It was a wonderful stay. We had a few maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. The patio space is very inviting. We look forward to returning.

Very nice place to stay! Clean, great location and a lot of fun activities in the home to enjoy. The back porch projector was a nice surprise and the kayaks are great for a morning paddle.

We stayed at The Treetops for our family reunion and had the best time! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The location right on Lake LBJ couldn’t have been more perfect.We didn’t just sit around—we were swimming, grilling, playing games, and spending quality time on the deck with beautiful waterfront views. It was the perfect spot for making memories, and we’re already talking about coming back next year!
