This gorgeous tree filled lot provides guests with tons of options for shaded outdoor spaces. The Dock includes one 9' wide boat slip, a dual jet ski platform, and a sun deck. Whether you bring your own watercraft, take out the complimentary Kayak or Stand Up Paddle board, relax in the shade, or fish you are sure to have a wonderful stay at Paradise Cove!

Other Things to Note:
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
