The Space:
Whether soaking up the sun, or finding shade under the trees, or having fun in the constant level waters of Lake LBJ, this property provides ample space at a prime location for the perfect getaway.
The fully remodeled kitchen includes a large sink, stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, and ample counter space for meal preparation. A spacious dining table seats eight, perfect for family meals or gatherings.
The cozy living room features a leather sofa and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. Enjoy natural light and water views through large windows, complemented by a wood-burning fireplace.
The luxurious master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is spacious with two queen-sized beds, ideal for families or groups. The sunroom offers additional sleeping arrangements with a twin bed and trundle, plus a full futon couch. With the two futons in the living room, there is plenty of room for parties up to 10 guests.
Relish stunning views from two separate patios, along with the two-story waterfront dock, ideal for morning coffee. The property offers two grills for BBQ enthusiasts and ample seating for enjoying meals outdoors. A screened-in porch hosts a ping pong table for family entertainment. Fishermen will enjoy quick access to one of the best fishing coves on Lake LBJ. The kids can fish right off the dock! Feel free to bring your own boat and launch at the Kingsland Community Park, 155 Lions Park Rd. There is plenty of space for most boats to tie to the Lazy Cove dock. Or you can rent boats or other water sport equipment from one of the nearby companies in Kingsland.
Lazy Cove offers a wonderful retreat with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, promising relaxation, unforgettable moments, and cherished memories with loved ones.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

What a cute place to stay. Back yard beautiful w big shady trees w two story dock with up top being a great place to relax w cocktails…we fished…and caught fish…family could dock their boat and just off the main beating path of the main lake! We also grilled steaks and just relaxed!! Quiet area! Great find!!!

Great house. We fished, swam, and floated right from the dock. In the evening, the upper deck was the place to be. We grilled and ate from the deck every night, watching the sun go down. This place has all the amenities needed for a fun family stay. During the thunderstorm, we enjoyed playing ping pong on the screened-in front porch. We would definitely stay here again. I have already recommended this to others.

We had a wonderful stay!! It was such a relaxing spot with a gorgeous view of the water. We spent the most time on the upper deck! The paddle boat was an added bonus for my husband and son.The only issue we had was getting into the house when we arrived. We couldn’t get the keypad to work to unlock the door. I was able to get ahold of someone right away, and they let us in.
