Enjoy a snowbird-friendly waterfront getaway right on the desirable Colorado arm of Lake LBJ! Unwind on the patio and admire the lake views, or head to the water to experience it firsthand. Launch the provided kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard for fun days on the lake. There’s even a large swim mat to create a floating island.

A spacious yard offers plenty of lakefront space. A gas grill and alfresco dining invite cookouts by the water as you blissfully lounge and enjoy the scenery.

Perfect for families, this retreat is made up of two vacation rentals. In each building, there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Find four smart TVs and a Nintendo Wii. The common areas in the main house create a cozy, lodge-like vibe. Kick back and watch a movie in the welcoming living area. Or prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances and handy gadgets like a Keurig. When you’re ready to eat, enjoy dinner with a view in the dedicated dining area.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
