About this house rental
The Santa Fe Lake House is located at Rio Vista Resort and RV Park in the Texas Hill Country on beautiful constant Lake LBJ! It has its own boat house on open waterfront! This house has a large Master Suite. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining and overlooks a large table in the dining room right next to the fireplace. The bonus room has 2 bunk beds which will sleep 4 people. These are perfect for kids. There are also 2 back bedrooms. One of the rooms has a bunk bed that can sleep 5. The other room has a queen size bed.
Guests have a private porch to enjoy and watch the sunset while grilling out some food! There is also a private boat house for your use. Well behaved pets are welcome at this house!

It also has access to a pool table and ping pong table. There is someone available 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you soon!

It was nice … ants were an issue but got through it. Pool area is wonderful! Will be staying again soon.

Could it be updated? Sure. But it is clean, spacious and an excellent value. I have absolutely no complaints.

Air conditioning at the Santa Fe was not adequate. Some rooms were very uncomfortable to stay in. Entry doors to house did not stay shut. Doors seals were bad losing much air-conditioned air. Stovetop burners were not functioning well in the kitchen. Boat dock rotten. Top deck on top of boat dock rotten exposing holes in top deck. SAFETY HAZARD of falling through! Boat lift in slip did not work. Boat lift needs to be replaced. Boat lift stopped working. Location of slip was not easy to get in. Needs to be relocated. Boat ramp very dangerous, ramp has a hole in it or split in ramp.
