Very good property - needs a bit of tlc and upgrade of furnishings.

Location close to city centre

Furniture a bit tired looking. No recycling bins. No working chain on door. Window blind fixing broken. Outside presentation poor could do with new fence ( I realise this is a communal issue). The shared close is very sad and detracts from the quality inside the flat. Staff were super and overall happy.

Free onsite parking. Soft towels. Comfortable furniture. Modern bathroom. Long mirror, plenty of hanging space and shelves. Good lighting.

I would like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to make it perfect but it was not a big deal. The entrance to get to the apartment door is very rundown and I was extremely worried but then I opened the apartment door and it is lovely.

Wonderful stay

The apartment itself was absolutely stunning! Well maintained and clean with almost everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. The apartment is within close walking distance to restaurants, bakery, everything you need really and is in a beautiful suburb. The host was easy to chat to and incredibly helpful and very responsive from the moment we booked. This apartment was well set up and we felt right at home. The little addition of biscuits and jams was lovely to. The apartment was spotless and clean.

There wasn't anything I can say I didn't like other than the people upstairs were rather inconsiderate and very loud every night, but they did settle down and this is not something the owner can really do much about as she doesn't own that apartment. I would put in a few recommendations however - possibly let people know that they will need to climb stairs with their suitcases - for us we had 4 weeks' worth of clothing in our suitcases as we are travelling through areas and this was a big ask and if older or have mobility issues, this will be a huge issue. I would highly recommend a washing machine/dryer combo or even a pedestal fan to help with drying of clothes as we found drying our clothes near impossible. In the shower, possibly somewhere to be able to put your shampoo's conditioners (none were provided) and soaps so you don't have to bend down to pick these up (anyone with back issues, elderly would find this quite difficult). These are however MINOR, and I would highly recommend going to this apartment - its well worth it!

Ideal location, comfortable and clean accommodation which helped us to enjoy Inverness

A very comfortable apartment equipped with all necessities for short stay, there were some nice personal touches including hair straighteners for my wife! Location was a bonus, close to a couple of restaurants and independent cafes and a short distance to the River Ness and the centre of town, well within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pre arrival information. Thank you

Good central location, a perfect base from which to explore Inverness.

Very well appointed and a perfect base for a mini-break.

The entrance hall was being decorated, looked tired and our initial impression was a feeling of being underwhelmed. However, once in the flat it was very clean and cosy. The bed was a double, a king size would have been preferable.

Internaly the apartment was renovated and was very good. Kitchen equipment was more than sufficient. WI-FI was fast and reliable. Toilet was very good and well arranged.

The building was old and the public spaces(entrance, stairs etc weren't renovated. Staircases were made of wood and there was a carpet above. Altough they were clenaed, the only problem is that maybe should be reviewed from the side of a fire insident. A small detail inside the toilet is that maybe there is needed a fixture to leave shampoo and shower gel when you are in the shower. Last the equipment above fron door of the apartment(they weren;t bother me though) , maybe should be covered a bit more .

Just perfect

We arrived at the apartment, which from the outside is very unassuming compared to what it was like once you entered the apartment. Very modern lovely open plan kitchen living room, comfortable sofa, good WiFi and tv. had everything we need for our short stay. The shower was just great as was the best slept really well. Thanks so much for everything.

The apartment is clean with a minimalist do, and gave such a homely vibe! It's location is superb as only a few minutes drive from the Inverness Castle or the city centre. Also near supermarket or grocery stores - which was a delight for people who love to prepare and cook their own meals, like us! I definitely would recommend this place and would love to stay in it again, if ever we travel to Inverness the second time around! ❤
