Great location, very good value for money, easy check in

Great location only minutes from train station and city centre. Quiet location, quiet apartment block, easy check in using key from lock box, very comfortable.

WiFi did not work for some reason we could not connect but this did not effect our stay

Good location, cannot get more central. Good communication. Had the amenities we needed. It did the job for the budget.

The bed wasnt to our standard, a bit too springey, but maybe thats just personal preference on firmness/softness.

Great location, comfortable flat

The location is wonderful, and the apartment is comfortable, warm, quiet and cosy.

I have bad eyesight and found the lighting inadequate, particularly in the kitchen. The sofa is the only place to sit, the apartment really could do with a couple of chairs or stools.

Simple functional apartment with basics.

Loved the shower, easy to use and lots of hot water & good drainage. Appears to be brand new. The owner remedied a problem quickly (new cookwear delivered) as i was unable to cook with the non-induction stove compatible cookwear that was in the apt. Owner was very communicative & timely via booking.com chat.

No welcome book with useful and essential info. Internet code is essential. Parking, restaurant options, idiosyncracies about how the front door lock works are simple additions that would make the place more welcoming. All provided via messaging owner or asking others in the building so good in the end. No table/chairs for meals or working only couch with coffee table. The booking stated no parking provided but it was more problematic than i had expected.

Poor customer experience

Close proximity to centre

An unwelcoming written warning to close the door as drug abuse and urinating in the corridor has taken place in the past. The second bedding wasn't available, and I had to ask for a code to open a cupboard, but still no sheets available. Received the code after 10 pm. Furniture missing from under the breakfast bar and needs repair, spider webs, needs painting throughout, wardrobe door not hung sufficiently. It was difficult to unlock the apartment door. Floor is worn. Induction hob without appropriate pots and pans. There is wifi, even though it states there isn't. Electrical wiring for the kitchen light is dangerous. Overpriced for the terrible customer experience.

Amazing location and quiet apartment

Amazing location, just on edge of city; quiet, but within a few minutes walk of all the major attractions. Good sized apartment. Good heating system. Fully equipped kitchen, Responsive host, even if all done via app.

Bed, and particularly sofa bed a little too soft. Bathroom a little small. Induction hob, but pans didn't appear to be Induction so couldn't use.

Bare bones but functional for the purpose of tours

Location was central for the tour we were taking. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and making meals.

The property was outdated and required many repairs. The shower did not drain well and the walls had many segments falling apart.

Great central location, very quiet. The flat itself is no frills but perfectly clean and well maintained. It could stand a little touch up with a tin of paint here and there but the owners reflect that in the price (I think).

The only good thing about the property is the location.

The location.

- The host promptly sent us the information to self check-in, but after that communication was scarce. - Parking is advertised as free, but that is not the case. The street has a “permit holder only” restriction and when we asked the host about that, it took them 24 hours to reply that parking is only free between 6pm and 8am. This was a massive disappointment as we had chosen the property mainly because it was advertised as free parking. - The bathroom wasn’t very clean, also a towel was missing. We asked the host and once again it took more than 24 hours for them to provide the missing towel. - The lock on the apartment’s door is dodgy. - The shower is not very comfortable to use.

Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. There's no free parking in the area, i had to pay £10 per day at the shopping centre. The lock on the door to the apartment is dodgy which makes you feel your belongings might not be safe.

After climbing up a hill, we didn’t need to climb up to two more sets of stone stairs. Dangerous!

Shower was terrible. Location was not on main floor as anticipated. Had to carry suitcases up a winding staircase. No instructions for use of washer and owner did not reply to email to give instructions. Not suitable for older adults

Have asked the hosts for the WIFI password as our pone internet have poor connection inside the apartment but he is not willing to help. There was no water in the shower on the last day of stay. We left without taking shower. Hosts is not replying to msgs.

Great Wee apartment

Was spacious and had all the bits and bobs you'd need for a short stay. Got a modern, clean feel to it! Was more than helpful when I had a couple of issues and replied as quickly as he was able! The location was perfect, being literally a 2 second walk to the centre! Will defo be booking here again!

Not as much didn't like, was nothing that could be helped, the shower tripped a few times while in use, so just to get that sorted out is all which is an easy fix I would believe!

Perfekte Lage mit unkomplizierten Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr praktisch. Direkt im Zentrum von Inverness. Fußläufig ist man schnell am Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle oder am Ausgangspunkt von den geführten Bustouren sowie um Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Unterschiedlichste Restaurants, Pubs und Cafés laden zum verweilen ein. P.S. Johnny Foxes ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, nur zum selber Kochen fehlen die Utensilien und Gewürze. Der einzige Topf war einfach viel zu klein. Wir haben unsere Ernährung daraufhin überwiegend auf Fertiggerichte umgestellt. Dafür war die Küche dann perfekt. Kann es sein, dass einige Fotos nicht aus der Wohnung sind?

La localisation. Lave linge et produit pour la lessive. Le logement est moderne et confortable . Parking gratuit possible entre 18h et 8h à 20m

La production d eau chaude est étonnante, mais ça fonctionne, c est assez « touchy ». L’immeuble est moyen. Pas facile à trouver.
