Fabulous

Lovely house in a great location. Welcome basket was a lovely touch. Had everything we needed. Short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and Ford Park which was a huge hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend to others and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely property, great location, trips to the loo great for leg toning!

Great location, very comfortable and clean property.. Our hosts, Emma and Jacqui, were excellent at dealing with issues really promptly.. Would definitely consider staying there again.!

My wife was not a fan of the only toilet being on the top (3rd) floor.! It would have been lovely to be able to sit out in your lovely garden on a sunny evening rather than only in the shady alleyway!

A very comfortable, welcoming house. Everything works well, lots of gifts to welcome us to the house and very helpful hosts. We would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Ulverston accommodation.

The attention to detail. Spotless and extremely comfortable. Welcome pack was very thoughtful and Emma even got special bits in for my wife who is Vegan. TV and wifi in each room. Parking permit for the street outside. Great shower. One of the best places we have stayed at.

Nothing for us, but bathroom is on the top floor so maybe a problem for people with mobility issues.

Home from home.

The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you needed and more. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The owners were next door and available if needed. This is definitely the best property we have stayed in over the years in Ulverston and there has been quite a few. Definitely be back and would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable stay

Location and comfort. A nice bath and walk-in shower. The owners were very thoughtful providing a welcome pack.

The door to the back garden was a nightmare to open, then had major problem locking it again. The bathroom was on the top floor so a trek up two flights of stairs from the living room and kitchen.

The hosts had left lots of things for us, fresh flowers, strawberries, cream, milk. There were books and DVDs to use too.

Amazing place, perfect for our young family, loved the house and the location.

The location was ideal. The house was clean and had some nice touches to help a tired family upon arrival from a long journey.

The key lock and key. I didn’t understand how to open key safe, I had the combination but played with it for 10 minutes to get it open. The key itself, it doesn’t quite fit and needs to be fiddled with to unlock the door.

Everything was immaculate couldn't wish for more. Kitchen well equipped. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. A very homely feel about the house. Would definitely return and recommend.

It’s the small things you notice

Number thirty-nine is a lovely property. Location is great and parking on the street outside makes life easier when you’re on a touring holiday. But what makes this property so nice to stay at are the extra special touches, nice bed linen, fluffy towels, welcome basket with essentials as well as some treats. Would recommend this property.

Nothing, but I would note that the bathroom is on the top floor, so might not be suitable for everyone.

Modern, clean and so well equipped.

Finding a parking space - had to find a spot away from Soutergate but we did manage to do this without having to walk too far. Toilet on third floor with steep stairs might be an issue for some.
