wonderful hotel in the heart of the city!

Great beach, comfortable sunbeds, wonderful family owns the hotel, parking available, great location- opposite the best restaurant, promenade for walking and to the side there is a great bar for sunset

The hotel has its own beach, sun loungers, but no beach towels. There is nothing hot at breakfast (no omelette, porridge), only cold/snacks.

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel, great value.

This is an excellent 2 star hotel. The rooms are well maintained, cleaner than many 4star hotels and serviced every day. Location is fantastic with direct access to the lake from the sun deck. Highly recommended 👌

A refrigerator and kettle would be a nice improvement. Shower cubicle was a little small.

Relaxing Lakeside location.

Very close to the ferry terminal so ideal for Lake Garda. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed lounging on the lakeside deck area and swimming in the crystal clear waters. Relaxing lakeside breakfast.

Beautiful view, fabulous location and relaxing lake access!

The owners were kind, informative and helpful. The decking and private access to the lake was phenomenal, always lots of beds free allowing for a relaxing stay (and an amazing cool down). The location couldn't have been better and the view from the lake side bedrooms were unbelievable and shouldn't be missed!

We loved everything, the only thing that would have made this a 10 was if there was to be Air Conditioning, however the fan provided in the room was adequate for a comfortableish sleep in 35 degree summer! The lack of AC was made really clear on booking so this wasn't a surprise and everything was brilliant! Thanks so much for a brilliant stay x

Beautiful location directly on the lake Approx 75m from the harbour in the center of Malcesine. The house is awesome with sun terrace facing the lake, from which you can jump straight in the lake. I would definitely recommend to go there

location location location the staff were amazing and the hotel was perfect for everything would highly recommend and if you can pay extra for the balcony room it was very much worth it

We loved the location of this hotel as it was very close to the central area. It also has a terrace which gives direct access to Lake Garda for swimming.

Perfect hotel with an amazing deck on the lake. I spent days just lounging in front of the gorgeous view and swimming in the crystal clear water. Staff were amazing and made me feel so welcome. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable.

Séjour parfait

La vue sur le lac est incroyable ! Quel plaisir de se lever et d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour contempler ce magnifique paysage. La localisation est parfaite! À prévoir : frais de parking (10€/jour à payer à l’hôtel). Malcesine est un village magnifique. Nous avons eu l’occasion de profiter de petits concerts gratuits durant la saison estivale. L’hôtel est géré par une famille adorable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux !

J’aurais aimé pouvoir déjeuner en terrasse pour admirer le lac. Un frigo dans la chambre serait utile. Voisins de chambre bruyants.

Sijainniltaan ihan paras. Bussille lyhyt matka, lauttalaituri ihan vieressä, ruokapaikat ja kaupat vieressä, terassilta pääsi suoraan uimaan. Henkilökunta oli aivan mahtava ja auttoivat kaikessa. Maiset olivat upeat.

De verhouding prijs-kwaliteit klopt niet, wel mooie ligging.

Mooi balkon, direct aan het meer, vanaf de steiger kon je gelijk het water in. Ontbijt prima.

Douche is verouderd, er hangt een douchegordijn. De bedden zijn keihard. Ik heb 2 dekens onder het hoeslaken moeten leggen om nog enigszins comfortabel te liggen. Laatste avond heel veel overlast van andere gasten gehad de kamer naast ons.(eerst lachen, toen ruzie, huilen en schreeuwen en vervolgens konden we meegenieten toen het in bed weer goed gemaakt werd…) Hier is niet adequaat door het hotel op gereageerd. Bij het uitchecken aangegeven, maar dat werd een beetje schouderophalend op gereageerd.

Sijainti ei olisi voinut olla parempi. Satama ja keskusta kauppoineen, ravintoloineen ja jäätelöbaareineen aivan vieressä. Huone oli tilava ja siisti ja siinä oli ilmastointikin.

Sehr gute tolle Lage am Rande von der Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, direkter Zugang zum See über die Terrasse, mit Liegen. Parkmöglichkeiten entweder am Haus oder in den umliegenden Parkhäusern für 10€/Tag,, das ist sehr fair! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber! Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Hotel, es hat alles gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Runsas monipuolinen aamiainen. Henkilökunta avuliaita ja hyvin ystävällisiä. Kliininen, puhdas kaikki hotellin tilat. Hyvä sänky ja vuodevaatteet. Sijainti loistava. Sijaitsee veden äärellä ja Hienoa kun pääsi uimaan suoraan hotellin terassilta.

Die Lage direkt am See und auch der seeblick vom Zimmer samt Balkon war super. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel war tip top sauber. Die Inhaber Familie war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
