Katouni Bridge Villa

Great location. Central on the island. Very close to town of Livadi for supplies, cafés but in rural area for walking, peaceful setting, dark sky. Josh was a very responsive host, addressing problems immediately - such as loss of hot water due to mechanical failure. Also supplied us with olive oil, coffee, liqueur, lemons, maps and guide books.

Oven needed cleaning - it smoked when heated up.

A great house situated in the quiet village of Katsouni, near Katouni bridge. The house is spacious and comfortable with an open plan kitchen living area with everything you would need downstairs, 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs that both lead to a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the bridge and towards Livadi village, perfect for your morning coffee or for sundowners. Carla and Josh were super welcoming hosts. They were very easy to communicate with, and they had a plethora of information and recommendations for restaurants and beaches to go to. The house is well located, so you can easily drive to all parts of the island. It's a 3 minute drive to Livadi village for your basic needs, 10 min drive to the Hora (main town), 20min to Milopotamos and 35min to the port. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

Nothing, it was all good.

This is an amazing 2 floor, spacious, luxurious villa with everything someone might need! 2 bedrooms upstairs with a lovely balcony overlooking Katouni! Getting breakfast there is a must! 2 bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs which is pretty convenient when there are many people staying! Huge living room, kitchen, dining room when entering the house! Massive TV with all the goodies! Washing machine, proper kitchen for actual kooking and a second balcony-garden when entering the property.. And the cherry on top is the host! Giannis is there for you from the moment you book it till after you have gone! Friendly and hospitable, giving you a map of the island along with tips what to see and where to go and having a traditional villa with all the comfort you need to relax! Went there with my parents, truly unplugged! Highly recommended!
