Very nice, spacious room with a balcony. Comfortable bed. Clean. Quiet. Makis was very attentive and a lovely host. The steep driveway, that is mentioned in other reviews was no problem for us.
Privacy is a bit of an issue because people walking around the property can look through the thin curtains into your room when the light is on at night. Ours had shutters though, so we could close them. Neighbours window faced our balcony so we were a bit worried about disturbing him when sitting outside late at night. The rest was great.

Very nice, huge, quiet and comfortable apartment with sea view in the hills above Agia Pelagia. Very clean and a very friendly owner, who care about your needs

The host was very accommodating and the rooms were spacious and well appointed with fantastic sea views across the Laconia channel.
The property is located on the edge of the village accessed by a long steep hill from taverna’s and other facilities.
