Beech House is set in a peaceful spot with picturesque views of the surrounding woodlands in West Looe. Accommodating up to seven guests in four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, this elegant home is an ideal base for families and groups. Just a short 15-minute walk from the centre of Looe, guests can easily explore the town's charming shops, vibrant harbour, and delightful eateries.Arranged over three floors, Beech House offers a blend of comfort and style. The parking space with an electric vehicle car charger is to the rear of the building and there is a flight of stone steps leading down to the ground floor. There is ample external storage for body boards, buckets and spades or for the more adventurous, bikes and kayak. Entry is through the well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, featuring modern amenities for an enjoyable self-catering stay. Off the kitchen, a utility room houses a large American-style fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge, with its high ceilings and wood-burning stove, is a cosy retreat for autumn and winter evenings. An open archway connects the lounge to the dining area, where a table with seating for seven invites guests to gather for meals.The first floor hosts three inviting bedrooms: two double rooms with woodland views and a single with fitted wardrobes. A family bathroom with both a bath and a large separate shower offers ample space for everyone. The second floor opens to the expansive master bedroom, a tranquil retreat in the eaves with a king-size bed, woodland views, an ensuite shower room, and comfortable seating for two—perfect for unwinding in peace.The furnished terrace gets Summer sun from lunchtime right through in to the evening and there is a small enclosed garden area with mature shrubs. The walk down in to the bustling town of Looe with its working harbour, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs is 15 minutes. There is a reserved parking space at the rear of the building. Due to the stone steps leading down from the parking area this property is not suitable for pram age children or anyone with mobility issues.Beech House is a lovely family home which will offer a comfortable stay all year round.For larger groups or additional vehicles, parking is also available at Millpool car park, a 5 - 10 minute walk from the property.Please see the facilities tab for the accessibility statement and further details.er details.
