Really lovely looking and a very comfortable bed
The toilet was a walk away from the cabin. If this can be inside the same enclosure as the cabin it would have been perfect

Property was spotless and smelt nice and fresh too. Bathroom was beautiful and enough tea/coffee provided for the overnight stay to save us a trip to the shops. Great location, little shop opposite and a short stroll to the beach
Bed was very soft and bumpy - new mattress needed. Loud noise every time someone in the building ran water or flushed the toilet - happens quite a lot as there are 4 apartments using the water system. This woke us up a few times during the night. Also, there is a space for dropping off but someone selfishly parked in it for the duration of our stay so we had to struggle down the road in the rain with our belongings

Location was perfect, very close to family and near to train station and bus stop so could get around. Plenty of places nearby to eat.
Only thing I can think of would be the blinds on the door. If you get up in the night for loo you need to raise the roller blind over the door to open the door. A very little detail but the only improvement I could come up with. Wasn’t a problem for our stay.

Spacious and comfortable
No water in the cabin. I had expected ensuite facilities but the excellent shower room and toilet were some yards away outside, which was very inconvenient at night, especially when it was raining.
The television was streaming only, no terrestrial channels. I didn't have any logins to hand so couldn't watch anything.

Very modern, had everything you needed. Cosy. Very warm welcome. Easy parking up the road. Would come back to stay in one of the other facilities. Good base.
There’s a creaking water pipe, you can hear footsteps above you and needed two bath towels.

The place we stayed at was very cosy, very clean, very quiet and peaceful and was a lovely place to relax and settle down. The owner was super kind and lovely and had a lovely chat about the local area!
Honestly… nothing :)

Good location, nice decor and spacious room. Very clean. Nice tea and coffee facilities
Bathroom separate, bed very soft so no support - could do with a mattress upgrade.

Too be honest we felt duped. This should have been advertised as ‘cabin at the bottom of a garden with a walk on really noisy pebbles, through a gate, past another cabin to finally arrive at your bathroom’. No running water in the cabin and it is sneakily advertised as ‘private bathroom’ without explaining that it’s nowhere near the cabin. The fact that it is non-refundable after booking takes the p… and is there to catch people out. The cabin itself is spacious, clean and warm, but who wants to go out in the night to go to the toilet. If we wanted that we’d have camped, and saved a lot of money.

Cozy accommodation with a rich sense of style.
The bathroom was situated in the next yard, but regardless of the short trip - it was extremely clean and cozy.

The property was lovely, easy to find, easy to gain access to, and Carla was great and sent us the check in details before we arrived.
The room itself was amazing, quirky and perfect for a two night stay, the tea station and fridge were lifesavers!
The outside seating was a lovely touch, and was a great place to sit with a cuppa after a long day exploring.
The bathroom was the perfect size, with an amazing shower pressure and great quality towels.
The free WI-FI was great and TV was a smart TV, so was brilliant for us, as you could sign into your own streaming services and watch what you would at home.
The best part of the whole stay for us was definitely the bed, it was insanely comfortable, like sleeping on a huge fluffy cloud, you just sank right into it, and the bed linen was great quality, we almost didn’t want to leave!
We will definitely be returning in the future, Carla’s hospitality is unmatched! 🫶🏻
The only thing I didn’t like was the annoyingly noisy gravel, it would be perfect if there was a little ‘crazy paving’ sort of path running through the gravel to the cabin & bathroom.

Very close to grocery stores, within walking distance to train station and bus stop and local beach. Quiet neighborhood yet lively during daytime.
It’s a great hub to other Cornwall destinations 😍
Walking from the entrance/bathroom to our room. Maybe walking path/stone steps can be installed, instead of walking on pebbles & gravels.
A bit difficult to drag our luggage with such surface

Beautiful chalet, loads of space, spotlessly clean. Very close to Par station.
Bathroom separated from chalet across courtyard. Not shared, just apart.

Great communication through the process from start to finish. Didn't need to meet anyone although always felt I could have picked up the phone or used the messages in the app. Everything throughout the whole experience from communication to the place itself was just what I needed. Big clean room with nice furnishings and cool decor. Great shower and double basin in spotless bathroom. Big comfy double bed. Noice little kitchen area with just what I needed. Equipped with clean crockery, cutlery, fridge, microwave etc. It's possibly not ideal for say a family on a beach holiday as a bit away from beach and the beach itself seems to have some sort of factory by it, but a very good quality stay and Carla was kind to offer to refresh stuff during my 4 day stay. I was working at Eden Project so that was a short drive away. I was able to park 200 yards away for free every night in a town carpark. All good. Hope to return

The room was spacious and clean. However lack of toilet/shower in the room let down our stay.
We stayed at the room called Scrummy at the end of the garden. There are two rooms in the garden, which are basically sheds and we were the furtherst from the house. Shower/toilet are not next to this room, you have to get out and walk through the garden, pass the other shed, to get to the shower/toilet. You get wet to go to the toilet if it is raining. We paid more than £90 /night for this, abysmal value. This was not clear from the room description. Had we known we would not have stayed here.

Cleanliness and decor. Well lit. Nice and quiet and felt safe for lone traveller.
I hadn't read tiny print to know bathroom was not en suite but across a courtyard.I this didn't appeal at all on arrival. No toiletries in bathroom. And fairly poor mattress.

The cabin was very cosy & comfortable.
It was smart, clean and beautifully finished.
It was also very good value for money.
The owner has been very accommodating and communicating with us well.
We highly recommend staying at this cabin, with Sandy Toes.

Really lovely apartment, compact kitchen area but had everything you needed. Comfy bed, lovely big bathroom. Cool decor. Great communication from the owner during the stay.

Large room, thoughtfully furnished with lots of interesting elements. Interiors very bright and clean. Nice to have two armchairs.
The description on booking.com is not clear on facilities. It says ' There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with an Oven.' I understood this to mean all units had kitchens and some had an oven. Ours had no kitchen, disappointing .
Having to put on a coat and boots to go to the bathroom is a bit awkward.
To get in,Two codes, two gates, I misunderstood the instructions. I prefer a more personal approach.
More hooks in the bathroom would be really useful.
Expensive for a room with no kitchen and no breakfast.

The worst part of the stay and something we hadn't been informed about as we wouldn't have booked was you had to cross a gravel courtyard to get to the bathroom especially at our age having to get up in the middle of the night, dress, no robe or slippers provided, there wasn't even a sink with running water in the shed/chalet.
very thin walls no sound proofing and to top it all the TV didn't work we could only get channels BBC3 BBC news and sport.
