Clean, comfortable and modern van with everything that you would need. Fantastic site and location. Very relaxing. Friendly caravan owners. Great local pub (the welcome inn). Everywhere dog friendly, just watch out for all the rabbit holes everywhere.

Nothing to do really if you don't have transport. If you did, most things are spread out. Depends what kind of holiday and activities you want!

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday with our dog in Cornwall, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The caravan was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was clean and fresh, with freshly laundered towels provided, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a 6-minute walk to the beach, making it ideal for relaxing by the sea. The communication with the manager was outstanding from start to finish; they were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. The whole site was beautiful, clean, and very well looked after. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The only negative experience was with the lady at the swimming pool reception. She wasn't very friendly and asked a lot of unnecessary questions, which made signing in more difficult than it needed to be. Perhaps she was just having a bad day—everyone has those sometimes. Apart from this small issue, our stay was excellent and we had a wonderful time ❤️
