Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi included. Large lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, chiminea and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden.. The Lodge is a stylish three bedroom detached bungalow, which is maintained to a very good standard and has been thoughtfully furnished to make guests feel welcome during their stay in Fowey.
Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, you are just a short walk from the town centre, with its shops, restaurants and quayside amenities.
This spacious property enjoys a super enclosed garden/patio to the rear and also has the benefit of off road parking for two cars, making it an ideal base for your family holiday in Cornwall.

There is a £30 per week charge for a dog and owners must ensure that the dog is not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Pets must not be left unattended at any time in the property.

What a beautiful place to stay. An easy 5 mins walk down to the harbour, 10mins back up the hill. The lodge was lovely and clean and comes highly recommended. Few niggles with only 5 forks and spoons in the kitchen, not ideal with 6 of us but didn’t take away from the perfect location and I would definitely return.

Enjoyed a week long break in the lodge. Very comfortable with good amenities and cleanliness very good. The garden was lovely and well kept, the shop at the end of the garden was useful. Excellent position overlooking the town and river. A good choice of pubs and cafes and a fabulous deli in town. The local bus was a godsend getting us home.

Good location and a well equipped bungalow. Fowey is a great place to stay but remember it can be a bit of a slog back uphill to the accommodation. This bungalow wasn’t as bad as other places we’ve stayed in to get back to. Would book again no problem.
