Beautiful location and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend making time to look around the amazing gardens, especially if you love trees!
We were concerned in the evening to discover mosquitos coming into the caravan, which we weren't warned about. Fortunately we discovered that every window and even the door had a mosquito mesh to slide across.

Great location to explore Cornwall and the Eden project
Toilet wasn't secured to the wall so tilted forward when sat on. After use it began to smell of sewage in the bathroom - as seen in other reviews, not too badly but it definitely smelt so not great. Couch was quite stained.
