Great location, decent place to stop, could be cleaner

Great location to explore Cornwall and the Eden project

Toilet wasn't secured to the wall so tilted forward when sat on. After use it began to smell of sewage in the bathroom - as seen in other reviews, not too badly but it definitely smelt so not great. Couch was quite stained.

Beautiful surroundings. Cramped. Great location.

It was in a beautiful location and it was a pleasure to have access to the gardens all day which meant we could go for an early morning or late evening walk once the public had gone home.

It was very cramped and the caravan was a little bit tired and there was a terrible smell coming from somewhere which never seemed to go.

Disappointing

The surrounding were quite nice a quite location until the morning.

Awning area was run down. The shower was unusable as it was far to hot and couldn't be adjusted. Water tank in bedroom cupboard was constantly refilling which was quite loud whist trying to sleep Toaster didn't work and dinning room table was broken which couldn't be used. I would like to say that we were highly disappointed to be awoken at 8am to the sound of a large mobile crane right outside due to work taken place next to us. Not even being made aware that this would be happen and with checkout at 10am they could of waited for us to depart before the work commenced.

Great location

Loved the location, comfy bed, hot shower, proximity to supermarket, bakery and the beach.

The noise during quiet hours caused by other residents. Loud music at 7am and chattering/laughing outside until 2am. Unfortunately the stay wasn’t as restful/peaceful as we expected.

Charming and relaxing

The quiet country style environment, I felt relaxed listening to nature around me. Easy to find just off a main road rather than down lots of scary single track country lanes . Caravan very swish

Not that this was a dislike, just a note to future occupants. My partner is 6ft 2" and struggled with the bed as his feet were hanging off the edge. I found it funny

Lovely garden stay.

It was a beautiful setting, so private and peaceful. Caravan was well equipped ,comfortable, two rooms plus a roomy annex. We found the bed and shower fine but very tall/ bigger persons might not. Host was cheerful and helpful. Location was brilliant.

Lovely host but I’m afraid it’s not worth the price charged and wouldn’t stay again.

In an ideal location to visit Charlestown and surrounding area. Quiet and peaceful gardens. Easy to find.

The heating and the tv or internet weren’t working on arrival. We phoned the owner and he came to sort out the next morning. No room at all for storage. The shower only ran hot for 3 minutes and then stone cold so you had to heat the water again for another shower. The awning is mouldy and was filthy with a patched up, leaking roof. Not worth the money charged for the stay.

Beautiful location

The setting is very tranquil amongst beautiful gardens

Some aspects of the caravan I stayed in were broken but that was mainly due to previous user error & I'm sure will be sorted at the end of the season. These were trifling things for example where a window had 3 catches to lock it one was broken.

Exceptional

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location was brilliant for everything we needed. Eden project and lost gardens of Heligan only a short drive. Supermarkets and take aways really close. We visited Carlyon Bay which was a 10 minute drive away. Newquay also quite close (40 minutes drive). The owner could not do enough for us. He had someone meet us on the days out especially to give us discount on entry which was just extra special. Nothing was a problem. The gardens are absolutely fantastic and are open at anytime day or night if you are a resident there. Just simply stunning. We could not have found a better place of we tried. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a caravan (Conqueror). Was a lovely caravan. Only slight issue was cleanliness, quite dusty in places. The blind was broken in one window and no blind over the sink window but no one could see in due to the privacy hedges either side so not really a major issue. Overall stay was fantastic and would recommend to anyone.

Location and garden are the best !!

Breakfast was amazing and so was the staff , only a bit disappointed with the size of the bed and the so called sofa that converts into a double bed , at least it was sold as such , well my son and I are 6.2” so not enough bed space at all , maybe if you are maximum 5.10” it would be ok . Would definitely comeback but different accommodation.

Be a bit more clear about bed space on the caravan , the so called double sofa bed is smaller than a queen bed

Lovely stay in a beautiful hidden gem of Cornwall

Pinetum gardens is absolutely stunning, the location is great for visiting lots of local attractions. Being able to stay on sight was a real treat being able to enjoy the gardens early morning and late evening when it’s closed to guests. The accommodation was in a great spot very quiet and comfortable. all the staff were lovely and friendly and we really enjoyed staying here. we would stay again without a doubt.

only one of us got one warm shower the whole stay. the rest were cold, the plug didn’t fit the sink so we were unable to wash up easily, and there was a crack in the window which meant during the storm and downpours we had dripping into lounge which turned into the spare bed which I was meant to sleep on, the accommodation was clean enough surface clean, however I do think it could benefit with a deep clean as the window ledges and behind doors and the crease in the sofa definitely needed some attention I also think leaving a dustpan and brush would be beneficial.

Lovely peaceful setting in the gardens. The caravan is very well equipped and, with the attached awning, the total living area is really spacious. (Though sleeping 4 in the caravan itself would be a typically caravanny squeeze - we were just two.) Really good value compared to much of the accommodation in the surrounding area

The caravan was clean and everything was provided for. Including a hairdryer, cooking utensils, etc.

The door knob was broken so we couldn't lock the door from the inside overnight, which was a bit worrying. On the day of our departure, we couldn't open the door from the inside, which I felt it was very unsafe.
