We loved the fact that it was 'no frills'. It was comfortable and welcoming, lovely, helpful owners. In a convenient place for the Lost Gardens, Eden and other places. Being in the middle of Cornwall, easy to reach most places.

The remote, tranquil farm setting is invaluable when you want to relax and unwind far from the city. Ideal location for not just for visiting quite a few gardens and beaches, but the whole Cornwall really. You can buy farm products directly from the farmers. Fantastic place indeed!

We were left teabags, fresh milk, for tea. Beds comfy, very welcoming with dogs.
Very slippery to exterior of house . It had been/ was very wet but the cobbles could do with a clean….. I slipped and fell over despite having walking boots on.
