We booked this to meet up with daughter and visit Eden project. It was a short drive away from there. It's a fabulous property and gives much more social space over a hotel which was why we chose it. Great kitchen facilities and very comfortable rooms and shared spaces. We really enjoyed our break

Parking is a little bit snug for a large car to enter and exit the allocated space but having a space was a win so it isn't really a negative.

Charlotte is such a welcoming host and makes you feel comfortable instantly. Spotless property with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Deceptively spacious and was perfect for us. Very comfortable, slept like a baby. Lovely bottle of cava to welcome you. There’s tea, coffee sugar and milk so you can have a drink after a long journey. Really useful information pack with recommendations. Parking and a a small communal garden with benches, perfect for dining al fresco. Location is fantastic, shop right next door, short walk to beach, great base of operations. We couldn’t fault this place.
