Friendly and helpful host (Charlotte) made us feel welcome. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with lovely decor and easy groundfloor access as well as use of garden. Ideal for families. Convenient for local shops. Beautiful local beach (Par Sands), not crowded.
The location was quite far from the beach and station (we we were travelling by foot and train).

We booked this to meet up with daughter and visit Eden project. It was a short drive away from there. It's a fabulous property and gives much more social space over a hotel which was why we chose it. Great kitchen facilities and very comfortable rooms and shared spaces. We really enjoyed our break
Parking is a little bit snug for a large car to enter and exit the allocated space but having a space was a win so it isn't really a negative.
