The communication with the hosts was first class. Instructions for arrival were concise and accurate. It was very easy to find the location and obtain the keys.
The caravan was spotlessly clean and well appointed with some extra touches that you don't get everywhere.
It made our stay very easy and enjoyable.
The only thing I can say is that the use of air fresheners and reed diffusers in the caravan is a little excessive. The caravan smelled lovely, don't get me wrong, but with 2 of us being extremely allergic and sensitive we ended up having to remove them all and locking them in the outside cabinet on day 2 (we replaced them at the end of our stay!), just to have normal air quality and feel well. Some people would love this, but for us it was little much.
