The kitchen has a dining area, and there are two sitting rooms, one with a gas fire. Outside, parking can be found on the roadside, and there is an enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. The amenities of Lostwithiel are within a few minutes walk of 5 Bodmin Hill, including shops, restaurants and the antiques shops for which the town is becoming renowned.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD player, iPod docks in kitchen and each bedroom, WiFi, library of books, DVDs and board games. Cornwall is also famous for its ‘eco-attitude’ and you will find many nature reserves throughout the region, such as the Eden Project, which is only half an hour away by road.
