Sandy Nights

Location was wonderful, beach was clean and with glittering sand. The duck and geese pond was a favourite with our toddler. Caravan was clean, tidy and wonderfully decorated with all kitchen utensils provided and decent WiFi

Sofa had a cracked cushion frame making you sink into the sofa, but a simple board replacement will fix this.

Burn marks on decking meant we didn’t want to sit outside. Temperature was very hot & not fans - in fairness they didn’t advertise these but was still at points unbearable

The location is very nice, just by the beach and easy access to main roads leading to other cities nearby and train station. The caravan was quite spacious - we were 3 adults and two kids and it was fine! The caravan park has lots of nice facilities which were free to use, especially good for the kids. The owner had a rapid response when we asked to stay an extra night, and this was easily arranged.

The kitchen misses some essential items if you want to cook a simple meal. There was also no cleaning material (cloths, wipes, sponge) or even spare bin bags to replace the single one that was already in the bin. I asked for a cot and was told it was paid, I said I would like it anyway and got no reply from the property after that.

Exceptional location. Wonderful decor. Large fridge with afreezer compartment. Access to an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts, onsite restaurant and 1minute walk from a stunning Cornwall beach.

The upholstery and carpet need a stain removal clean, the bedding didn't smell fresh. In need of more baking trays in the kitchen.
