Convenient location. Quiet. Spacious. Good facilities.
Stained carpets. Double bed mattress was very uncomfortable with lumpy springs.
No instructions provided eg how to start the gas boiler which had a notice FILL which I eventually worked out required pressure valve adjustment.
Smoke alarm beeped continuously. This had nit been checked before our arrival.
TV operation - No Freeview signal.so no terrestrial channels available. No instructions provided.

The caravan was nice and clean and the caravan park was in a fab location right by the sand dunes and the wonderful beach
The only thing that could have been improved was the fact we had no saucepan, frying pan or cooking utensils so could not cook a fry breakfast.

The space, the decor, we know and love the location.
The only issue was trying to get the tv to work which we didn’t manage.

Exceptional location. Wonderful decor. Large fridge with afreezer compartment. Access to an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts, onsite restaurant and 1minute walk from a stunning Cornwall beach.
The upholstery and carpet need a stain removal clean, the bedding didn't smell fresh. In need of more baking trays in the kitchen.
