Lovely little break away, caravan has everything you need and it clean and homely. Kids loved the swimming pool.

Lovely and clean, good amount of kitchen ware and saucepans. Nice little garden area although we didn’t use because it was col being the end of October. Nice and cosy and great to have towels and cleaning bits supplied. Great little swimming pool.

Would bring an extension lead as not enough plug sockets although handy having 2 usb sockets in lounge. Not the property but the trains are loud early morning which is right next to caravan.

Great location. Most of the facilities in the caravan and on site are excellent.

TV is old and could not access Netflix. Only one toilet roll. We asked for another at reception and were refused. They cost nothing and being miserly with them leaves a very bad impression needlessly.

Perfect for a family or group of friends

We were a party of six and the space was excellent. We were able to have dinner together around the table and sit comfortably together in the living room.

Nice Carvan area not great nothing to do.

We liked the caravan it was nicely decorated and had a nice seating area outside,it had everything you could need .shower was super powerful so we liked that. The beach wasn't to far and had a wood land bit to walk through which was nice and saw some horses on the way.there was only two convenient stores near by and lots of Barber/hairdresser's.close to Eden project and half hour cab to lost gardens of helligan .

The double bed wasn't very big and so wasn't a lot of room plus mattress wasn't comfortable and bed was on wheels so had to keep pushing back in place every morning.Also could do with stepping stones to get to out door seating area as when in Carvan we take our shoes off so didn't want to keep putting them on when going outside for a fag and the stones was hard to walk on.also not a lot on site to do no shop to get bits from the on site cafe wasn't open Monday and Tuesday and others days closed at 3pm also trying to get a cab after 3pm was impossible due to cabs picking up school kids .

Very nice, clean & comfortable caravan. Extremely quiet overnight. Parking outside the door very helpful.

Nothing to dislike about the caravan or the site. The road being closed right at the site entrance was very annoying , but this obviously had nothing to do with the owners.

we had a lovely holiday bar the uncomfortable sofa and tiny beds but would stay again as we were out and about everyday

it was very clean and well looked after.there was adequate parking. and the owners left us a nice welcome gift . loved the double door setup as it was a very hot week and we could keep the van cool .lovely shower room. the garden was very nicely kept too .

single beds were very small for adults to sleep in. also the soft seating in the lounge was very uncomfortable to relax on .but other than this it was a very lovely stay .

Close to main Cornwall destinations we wanted to visit. Price. Choice of DVDs for kids ( we’ve added few positions )

Dog barking till late hours. Can not complain about the train as we knew that this is one of the reasons the price is not high. So overall good experience

Lovely stay close to beaches and Eden project

Great location for beach and Eden Project, some private space at the back where there is a table and chairs. Interior is comfortable, but the two single beds in the bedrooms are very narrow and small, an adult may struggle to sleep on these, but were perfect for my two boys. There is a cafe and bar on site as well as a small (slightly tired looking but perfectly enjoyable) playground. The hosts left a refreshing bottle of wine for us to enjoy which was a lovely touch.

This is less of 'didn't like' more of an awareness: Covid safety precautions meant that we had to book hour slots at the pool, but by the time we had arrived most of the slots had already been taken for the week, so we were limited to the only 3 available (with the weather being less than ideal, we had really hoped the pool would have been more of an option). There were a few 'staples' missing from the kitchen - no bowl (for salads, mixing etc), no baking tray, and no salt and pepper -which is perfectly fine if you bring your own, we had to buy (just a note to others). We were positively salivating at the smells of summer barbecues around us, and wished that we had brought a small one with us (disposable ones at the local CoOp were extortionate)

Cornwall Caravan Experience

The caravan was comfortable, cosy and really clean. On arrival we were left a nice bottle of rose and coffee for the coffee machine which we thought was a nice little touch. The location is really convenient and allowed us to travel easily to / from some of the more popular locations but gave us time to explore other areas as well

Just a lovely week

Clean loved the kids themed bedroom and the DVD’s our Eli fell in love with the little mermaid. Loads to do around the area and the local beaches were excellent. The pool is fantastic and the facility was opened early so the kids could go everyday. The power shower was the best. The owners were on hand as needed and left us a bottle of wine which was a sweet touch.

The hoover did t work properly which meant we had to sweep but unfortunately the sand gets everywhere lol. No WiFi was a bit inconvenient but the kids loved the dvds

Almost perfect

Great location to travel around Cornwall via train and bus. Caravan was a good size and clean and all instructions were simple. I would definitely stay again.

The caravan just needs a few simple extra utensils like cooking tongs. Also a salt seller and salt ,bin bags ,kitchen roll cooking oil sugar etc. No big deal but would be helpful. Also two small children who were staying in the caravan opposite playing football till 10pm was a pain and I believe said football is under your caravan.

Very relaxing break and lucky with weather.

The spacious lounge, good flush on loo, lovely taps in bathroom etc.

Had problems with entry to caravan had to ring owner. Lack of instruction for TV/DVD. Insufficient cooking utensils. Smell of stale cigarette smoke when we arrived. Poor quality bed linen rather let down overall impression as a lot of care taken on decor.

Ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. 6 sind möglich, wäre uns aber persönlich zu beengt. Alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Wir haben es als Basislager für unsere Cornwall Tour genutzt. Die Anlage selber war sehr ruhig. Kein Lärm, keine Partys.
