About this house rental

Summercourt House is a striking detached house with a large enclosed garden and use of a parking space. Just a short walk from the heart of West Looe it is a spacious property perfect for a family holiday.
Ground floor accommodation comprises the main lounge diner with comfortable three seater sofa and two armchairs, 42" flat screen TV with Sky including 5 Sky Sports channels, dining table and 8 chairs. There is also a second lounge on the ground floor again with 42" flat screen TV and the property offers free wifi so will be popular for family groups. A good sized kitchen is well equipped and includes gas hob and oven, extractor, fridge, microwave, slimline dishwasher, kettle and toaster, there is also a small table and four chairs in the kitchen area. A conveniently located utility room houses a full size freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, a lovely bright room with king size bed, a second double room, a pretty twin room and an additional single bedroom. The family bathroom has a roll top bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. There is a handy vanity unit in the twin bedroom and an additional wc downstairs.
A real feature of this property is the large enclosed garden which has furnished patio areas. It gets the sun right through the day and is a rare find in a property so conveniently located close to the town centre. It is possible to pull up near the property to unload and there is a parking space for one car provided in the Millpool car park which is a 5 - 10 minute flat walk. Summercourt has gas central heating throughout so guests can be confident of a cosy stay all year round. There are 2 cots and a high chair plus a stairgate and baby bath chair. All bed linen and towels are provided, guests would just need to bring linen for the travel cot if required.Please see the facilities tab for further info and accessibility.
