Location location location. Cosey, comfy bed. Great kitchen area and facilities. Sofa is always amazing.

Steps up to the apartment but they aren't all like this and it's a tiny price to pay for the location. Slight damp or stagnant water smell in apartment.

Brilliant and great weather too.

The location is beautiful and we could fault nothing. This is our second visit and again we look ved it.

We were in number 60 and the bathroom floor is uneven and there was also a slight drains smell in there but we kept the window open and it was fine. Everything else was great.

Not exactly what it was advertised, staff at the bar, not there must of the time. Not water stopped working by Saturday morning, and you can't park your car anywhere near your apartment.

The pizza and bar on the seafront was nice.

Communication from booking.con was extremely poor. No key code sent, no villa number sent. No welcome/reception place there to help. Car parking was awful… 30 mins to park near the lodge or a fine. Not at all helpful with two kids!

The breakfast at the cafe was ok and the staff were nice.

Feces on the bathroom wall Water damage on the ceiling Rust on the towel railing and towels Stains on the mattress, sofa, bedding and curtains Tea and coffee supplies mixed in with cleaning products Floorboards inside and on patio damaged Coffee pot was cracked Walls, panels and skirting boards were damaged Fridge door was damaged Pillows had mold inside them Dust and dirt in places you try to hide Grouting and toilet system was filthy

Cornwall great, our apartment wasn’t

The location of the property was great, private beach and little bar ect, nice beach.

So much was wrong, it’s not the property advertised that you stay in, we booked based on the pictures of a property we didn’t stay in, it was advertised as sea views, looked clean and fresh, sadly the at wasn’t the case, the apartment didn’t overlook the beach it wasn’t even close, the walk to the apartment from the car park is so steep, the stairs to it are terrifying, especially with children! Grass and weeds all over them, a handrail secured by cable ties ! Then the decking was loose and weathered, boards loose and bolts sticking out, not safe at all, couldn’t let my child out there without shoes on, inside was grubby and tired, the bedding was stained, the floors chipped and worn, sofa lining falling off and hanging down, shower was awful, no water pressure and dirty, only 2 out of 3 lights working, stains on the head board, wires hanging down from tv so again, not safe with young children, not easily accessible at all, threats of parking fines everywhere and no one in sight to give your number plate to, had to find someone who took our plate number and said she would add it to the list, so I’m hoping that was done, dead birds outside the apartment, 2 intact just at the base and more on the walk up, feathers and nasty things splattered all over the place, and they’d clearly been there a little while, the beach is nice, and the bar and restaurant is lovely, although both nights the pizza place didn’t have any bough dough and so we didn’t get to try that, staff were lovely though, and the beach front restaurant was amazing food.

The property was situated in a nice scenic area over looking the beach it had everything in it regarding facilities that you would need for a week

The stairs going up to the property where a challenge especially when you first arrive with heavy suit cases and other bits, the bed was to small for two people to comfortably sleep in, the couch had very low backs so uncomfortable to sit on after a while

The bathroom is in need of attention judging by the soft uneven floor emenating a damp musty smell the extractor fan was on boost during the whole stay along with the heated towel rail presumably to counteract this problem and as the bathroom window was so high you are unable to open it.

No storage in bathroom and leaking sink. Floor stunk of damp in the bathroom and it was not nicely cleaned. A lot of spiders webs. Whole apartment needs refurbishing and the decking outside needs to be redone. Screws sticking up, very worn.

Very spacious chalet with full kitchen and a dining area. Large decked area outside with a lovely view of the hillside and sea. Chalet was clean and had everything we needed.

The property itself was tired and in need of maintenance. It could have been cleaner , we had to move the cushions off the couch to find something that had slipped out of someone’s pocket and wished we hadn’t.

The location was great and easy to find.

The cleaning was not done to a good standard with animal hair on the sofa. Also on the first night of our arrival we noticed that the bathroom ceiling was leaking as it was heavily raining so we had to improvise and used a bucket to catch the water.

Nice little base and location. Nice little strut into looe or down to millendreath beach from chalet.

Chalet wasn't very clean, sofa was dirty and quite smelly. The shower drain was blocked with hair which we had to remove. We'd read some reviews before attending so set out expectations quite low. The chalet was OK in itself. All that you needed but I'm not 100% certain the bedding was clean. Lots of fluff and hair over the floor when we arrived. We cleaned thus up and carried on with our weekend. Millendreath itself is a little run down. Shack lovely. Some lovely staff but one girl just couldn't be bothered and her face showed us that 🙄 Perfect to sit and watch the waves and world go by. Not too busy which suited us. We ventured down to the shack of an afternoon/evening and enjoyed sitting and watching the world go by. Lovely hot chocolate and a range of different ciders to chose from. We didn't have a meal at the shack but the kids really enjoyed the skin on fries most evenings.

Ruined the birthday weekend surprise

nothing, no staff on site public car park to pay for. Beach chalet up four flights of steps including a set of steel fire escape type stairs phone number on confirmation rang message no one available until Monday total disgrace. We are two people in our late 70's no hope of climbing 4 flights of stairs we want our money back getting no help from site or Booking . com service out of 10 =0

Good location, property would benefit from being spruced up a bit.

I think booking .com and Millendreath need to talk to each other: no key safe and parking arrangements were provided. Millendreath said they do not have my email address to provide this info. Tried to email Millendreath directly with no reply from them (in three working days). Via the Hoseasons emergency number we got there in the end on the day before arrival, and the essential info was sent to us. A bit too close for comfort though, and a stressfull start. Otherwise OK, but a few things did not work, and I will inform Millendreath directly about those.

Nothing Tv wasn’t working Couldn’t lock doors from outside when we went out We were offered an upgrade ( which was to the property we had seen on booking ) at 3 pm Saturday couldn’t open the door on upgrade they sent someone to open it for us at 6pm by then it was not ideal to take luggage down 49 steps and go to other property in the dark You only had 30 minutes to bring you car on site before taking to the car park of you would get booked We came home early Sunday morning so lost out in a night away 2 nights without tv 🤦‍♂️

Location is excellent . A Challenging coastal walk into Looe was fun . No phone signal which strangely doesn’t seem to matter. Very comfortable accommodation. Very clean and I will be returning.

Amazing views! Rubbish apartment...

The view was amazing, the sound of the ocean and view was lovely to wake up to. Nothing else was though.

The 72 steps up to the apartment, with bags and young children. The mould in the bathroom. The blocked sink in the bathroom. No washing up facilities. Blood stains on the bed sheets. The car park was so far away from the room, it wasn't practical to do with children, or at night because there was no lighting. Forced to park in a place where you weren't allowed for practicality and safety. 2 towels for 4 people. Nobody told us what room we were meant to be in, or a key code. Reception was shut. No one answered the hotel resorts number. The emergency line no one answered. Got through to hoseasons who told us we didn't even have a reservation! On first impressions the whole place looks like it needs a repaint or a good pressure wash! Doesn't look like the pictures advertised.
