From the kitchen there is direct access to the tiered garden from where you can enjoy views across to the sea.Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms and luxury bathrooms. The two well-appointed bedrooms include a spacious double bedroom, beautifully decorated for a restful night’s sleep and atwin bedroom with an ensuite shower room, ideal for families or friends. Orchard cottage very well presented & comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The views of Looe Island from twin bedroom was a surprise. Cottage had everything we needed. The only negative comment I would make is the road down to the cottage is somewhat challenging very steep & hardly any passing places & to reverse on a hill is not an easy task. School at top of the road does congest the road so avoid school times is a must. The steps from parking allocated space are quite steep & about 25 of them. However it is possible to walk the roadway round just takes longer.. Steep roads down to the beach & climb back. The back garden is pretty & sunmerhouse has sea view but not ideal for the dog as all concrete path & steps. The front garden has grass but is NOT enclosed so we couldn't let dog off lead especially as there was a resident pheasant strutting about all the time. To summarise...a perfect cottage but in the wrong place for accessibility sadly
