Absolutely stunning view from the balcony. Excellent en suite bedroom downstairs and well equipped kitchen dining living room upstairs.
Too many steps! My wife had a knee replacement after I had booked the holiday!

Easy access down into whitby . Very clean. Fabulous views from the two balcony. Plenty of space. Beautiful house. Made our weekend special with a family wedding in Robin-hoods bay. Easy to get taxis or the bus . Fabulous location. would recommend this property to family and friends.
Check in at 4pm was too late , we would have liked to have checked in earlier around 2pm but we didn’t want to pay any more money for this after already paying all the money for the accommodation. knowing there was no one in the night before it would have been nice to have checked in earlier. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very close to the harbour, great view. Friendly team when contacted. 3 very good sized bedrooms. Just a note that the property is over 4 floors so not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Not very clean think the owner needs to revisit their,choice of cleaner. Living room, kitchen and main bathroom are a bit tired and need some tlc. All rooms smell very fusty.
