If street noise doesn't bother you, this is a good place for a short stay.

These are fairly clean and cozy apartments. The building itself is new and smells nice. There is a kitchenette, a refrigerator and freezer, and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a very convenient wardrobe for storing clothes. The bed is also comfortable. The dishwasher is also a big plus.

There was a strange situation with parking – although the booking website said that parking was free (on site), we hesitated for a long time about whether it was possible to park next to the building at all, as there is a sign prohibiting parking.. However, we parked there and had no problems. When we asked the owners if we needed parking, they said that it was possible to park under the building. When I asked if there was an additional charge for this, there was silence and no answer. The room is definitely in a noisy location—on one side there is a noisy street, and on the other side there is a railway line with trains running 24/7. There were also some minor issues that were a little annoying: - very small and clumped pillows - We stayed for 11 nights and found only 2 dishwasher capsules, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no kitchen towels (only an incomplete roll of paper towels), only 2 larger towels, one smaller towel, and one foot towel (for 2 people). There was no option to change the bedding or towels. - Since there was no heating source in the bathroom, nothing dried. Also there is mold on the bathroom ceiling - There was no wine opener or coffee cups (there are cups for tea). - The kitchen sponge was old and used. - There were also no spare trash bags. The things I have listed do not cost much money, and they are certainly not critical, but they would make the trip much more pleasant, especially when staying for more than one night. Because all these little things had to be bought

Good apartment near the city center, well connected by buses, trains, and close to supermarkets

- The TV often didn’t work, the remote controls didn’t always respond to the television, and it became impossible to watch it. - I would have left more dishwasher capsules. - I would have provided a broom to clean the floor occasionally (especially since we are close to the beach)

Bez euforii, przeciętna jakość w słabej lokalizacji. Nowy budynek pośród starych zniszczonych zabudowań gdzieś wciśnięty w dziurę jak plomba. Ładna łazienka.

Budynek widmo, zero ludzi, zero lokatorów. Nieprzyjemny zapach w przedsionku (stary mop w wiadrze pozostawiony do wyschnięcia w przedsionku). 2 mieszkania zrobione z jednego (wspólny przedsionek), mikro miejsce do poruszania się

Wybrakowane sztućce, np 3szt widelców, cienka najtańsza kołdra i poduszka; brak wcześniejszego potwierdzenia czy miejsce parkingowe będzie dostępne, chaotyczny kontakt z wynajmującym miałam wrażenie, że każda osoba ktora odpisuje nie wie o co chodzi. Jesli ktoś potrzebuje ciszy podczas spania, ten apartament odpada.

O komforcie nie ma mowy. Sztućce i talerze wybrakowane.

Hałas na sąsiedniej drodze ekspresowej i pociągów z drugiej strony. Nie mozna miec otwartych okien, bo halas jest nie do zniesienia. Rowniez w nocy. Grzyb na suficie w łazience. Brak wyciągu w lazience/wc. Zagrzybione fugi pod prysznicem. Jest ekspres do kawy przelewowy ale brak filtrów.

Kleine Unterkunft für ein Wochenende

Gute Lage. Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden. Sauber. Ruhige Umgebung. Tolles modernes Wohnhaus.

Etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Vorhänge dunkeln nicht richtig ab. Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde nur lauwarm. Es fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel.

Lokalizacja, duża łazienka,

Problem z potwierdzeniem miejsca parkingowego , po pobraniu płatności dostałam odpowiedz że nie mam parkingu na pierwszą noc. Na szczęście mogłam zaparkować na wewnętrznej uliczce . Brak suszarki do włosów , został tylko kartonik .... ale to może być sprawka wcześniejszego wynajmującego...

krásný apartmán, plně dostačující pro dva, veškeré potřebné vybavení, pohodlná postel, cca 15 min Lidl a hlavní vlaková zastávka, blízko pláže a hlavní promenády (do 30 min chůze)
