Świetna lokalizacja, cicha okolica, w ogóle nie słychać sąsiadów, bardzo ciepłe mieszkanie (na zewnątrz -18, w środku ciepło i przytulnie), duża łazienka z wygodnym prysznicem, wygodne łóżka, jasne pomieszczenia, dobrej jakości obraz w tv, wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego we wszystko co niezbędne, czysto. Bardzo szybka i skuteczna obsługa ze strony zarządcy w sprawie usterki okna. Wykończenie mieszkania i jego wyposażenie sprawia wrażenie nowego i zadbanego.
Tv od chińskiego producenta z zainstalowanymi 2 aplikacjami (netflix i prime) instalacja dodatkowych to droga przez mękę, w łazience nieprzyjemny odór kanalizacji, który zniknął po dwóch dniach użytkowania, dziwna wizyta właścicieli mieszkania w celu regulacji kotła gazowego (bez zapowiedzi, z ulicy, trochę miałem wrażenie, że gdybyśmy nie przyszli w tym momencie, to sami weszliby do mieszkania bez pytania o zgodę). Sam kocioł dość głośny, starego typu, ale po pierwszym dniu przestaje się na to zwracać uwagę. Okna o małej dźwiękoszczelności, słychać każdy hałas z zewnątrz, przy większym natężeniu ruchu, mogłoby to być dokuczliwe.
