Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, dworca kolejowego i do Opery Leśnej. Apartament zadbany i czysty, ma na wyposażeniu wszystko czego potrzeba. Dużym plusem jest też możliwość otworzenia drzwi wejściowych kluczem i zamknięcia ich zatrzaśnięciem, co jest bardzo wygodne. Ułatwieniem jest także możliwość dojazdu windą na wyższe piętra.
Apartament bardzo mały, na cztery osoby trochę ciasny i trzeba się często przepuszczać. Jest bardzo mało miejsca na walizki, przez muszą leżeć pod nogami i utrudniają przemieszczanie się po apartamencie. Trochę skomplikowana obsługa telewizora, ale da się szybko jej nauczyć.
