Estetyka urządzenia mieszkania i dogodne miejsce
Budynek jest zawilgocony i zagrzybiały. W klacie schodowej czuć bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach stechlizny. W mieszkaniu mniej odczuwalne ale po powrocie wszystkie ubrania z walizki były przesiąknięte tym zapachem, nawet te, które nie były użyte nadawały się do prania. Łazienka tez ze śladami odpadających ścian przez wilgoć. Szkoda bo mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone i w dobrej lokalizacji. Chętnie bym do niej wróciła ale stan budynku zniechęca.

Lokalizacja - zdecydowanie na plus. Blisko wszędzie, jednocześnie wystarczająco daleko od głośnego Monciaka. Apartament ładnie urządzony, ogrzewanie indywidualnie sterowane w każdym pomieszczeniu.
Drobiazgi, jak odpadający uchwyt w korytarzu czy zaledwie 5 krzeseł dla 6 osób. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy, a brakowało oznaczeń na drzwiach.

Excellent location.
Unfortunately, there were not enough garbage bags, hand towels and toilet paper for a 6-member family that stayed there for three nights. Moreover, even if it wasn't crucial, 2-3 coffee capsules would have been nice - in similar accommodations in this price range, something like that was always available.
