Sopot Chopina Seaside, Cozy & Chic by Downtown Apartments

Great location, close to everything. Really nice room with high ceiling and big window covered by beautiful trees. Apartment looked fresh, bathroom was clean, rather small but comfortable. Mini kitchen had everything we needed.

Apartment had an unpleasant musty/mouldy smell, that could not be improved with airing, especially around the door/kitchen area. The smell stayed on our clothes and bags, so after coming back even our family could feel it on our items. There were two sofa beds, not one sofa and one double bed like it said in the description. Additionally it was difficult to reach the reception/customer service. I called the number in the description around 15 times, but none of those calls was answered (only a recorded message was played). There was another number I got in a booking confirmation that also was not answering. It was only after I asked my questions in a message I received yet another number that I could reach. There was no internet login info at the apartment, I got it in an email after asking for it, but in the end it didn't seem to work too well.
