Fantastic place
The location is absolutely perfect, 100m to Monciak, simply just around the corner from the main strip, app. 350m to the molo (pier). The apartment is brand new (refurbished just before 2023 summer season), it is perfectly equipped. The Villa Sedan hotel is in the same building and it serves as reception and breakfast area. There is a sufficient parking area behind the building (daily rate charged). Villa Sedan also offers bike rent for reasonable prices.
Sometimes at night a bit noisy from the street - Tapas bar opposite the building and Taxi stand in front of the apartment - but believe me, it is something one can survive as the place has so many advantages. Definitely planning to come back :)

Familienurlaub in By Monte
Das Apartment liegt parallel neben der Einkaufsstraße, die zum Bummeln und Café trinken einlädt.Bis zur Mole bzw. zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.Die Lage ist ideal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich.
Beim Bezug des Apartments mussten wir leider feststellen, dass der Fußboden nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt wurde. Unter der Couch und dem Bett lagen Staubflocken und Spielzeug von den Gästen zuvor. Die Parkgebühren sind ziemlich teuer (ca 28,00 € pro Nacht). Gegenüber vom Apartment ist ein Nachtlokal, in dem von 22.00 -5.00 Uhr laut Musik läuft. Vor dem Fenster warten die Taxis auf ihre Gäste. Die Türen knallen und es ist ein ständiges Ab- und Anfahren zu hören.
