Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do wszystkiego. Cicho i wygodnie. Mimo upału na zewnątrz w mieszkaniu komfortowa temperatura, choć nie ma klimy. Super wyposażone.
Jedyną wadą jest rozkład pomieszczeń. Bardzo duże odległości między salonem/ sypialniami a łazienką.

Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermittler. Riesengrosse Wohnung. Zentralste Lage. Saubere und grosszügige Dusch- und WC-Zimmer. Grosses Wohnzimmer. Separater Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Leider sehr hellhörig. Ein Nachbar im gleichen Haus ist ein Schwein. Er verspuckt alles.
