For 2 nights it was a ok place.

Great location.

The room was little odd. No window to open. The shower handle was broken.

Overpriced, poorly maintained and dirty.

Close walk to the beach. Lady who does the check-in was friendly.

Bathroom was dirty. Surfaces had dust and dirt on them. Apartment was poorly maintained. Pillows old and lumpy. Bedsheets had holes in them. Extremely expensive for the quality of the place.

Lovely airy apartment in quiet yet convenient location

We stayed in 10c at the top of the building. A lovely apartment in an excellent location. Photo on line a little misleading as the old looking frontage isn't where we stayed but on a more modern /renovated block behind this building. I had to phone the contact we were giving to find it (she didn't really speak English but we managed fine and she was efficient and helpful) The apartment was all we hoped for and more, large, airy , well furnished and clean. If I'm being nit.oicking I would say it perhaps needs a little tlc ,new or cleaned paintwork, new sealing around the sink, stick down the wall paper peeling off behind the sofa etc which is why I think one reviewer said it was dirty. I am picky about cleanliness and didn't feel it was dirty at all and all the main areas, bathrooms and kitchen, were very clean and would happily stay there again The two balconies were fantastic , a lovely place to sit with chairs and a table. I have taken the place down a point as one of the wicker chairs was broken when we arrived and couldn't be used but we had enough . The location is quiet, opposite a small convenience shop , but very near to the centre and parking is available in a secure garage for an extra charge. We would definitely stay there again and it worked well for us, two couples and a single friend.

A couple of things to note, although there is a lift there is a short flight of stairs to the actual apartment . We also wished we had bought a tea towel as there wasn't one although a dish cloth was provided, and I was glad I'd taken my own hairdryer and the one provided, as often with provided hairdriers, wasn't good enough for me. One of the wicker chairs on the balcony was broken and couldn't be used but we had enough Perhaps a touch up of paint and the peeling wallpaper needs to be stuck down behind the sofa

Apartments are very good and big, but the air conditioning isn't in the apartamens, so hot day is very hot in them. Good location. If you want to leave car near the apartments, you should pay. Friendly owner.

Perfect location for a short break

Fantastic location - walking distance to the beach, and pretty much everything else that Sopot has to offer. Nice bathroom.

No microwave, very anaemic hairdryer and extra surcharge for the city tax and parking.

Top Level Service.

He was very Friendly. At the 2nd. Day the Internet doesnt work. I sent him a message and He fixed the Internet with cablecom adhoc. We had another thing with the showers. The drain was clogged. I sent another message and He fixed it in the next hours. This is Service at the highest level! He takes care of his guets! If we come back to sopot we will book the Apartment again. Thank you tomasz

In the room in the floor was a bit Sand and hairs i think from the last customers.

I spent a great vacation with my family in Sopot.

Very good contact with the host. We were always able to contact the hosts quickly. Just around the corner (15-20 meters) is Cafe Piasek with great coffee and delicious cakes.

I have no negative opinions. The whole stay was very enjoyable. The area and the whole of Sopot are beautiful. The locals are very nice and helpful to tourists.

Okay place but overrated

Location is good, easy to get to from any point in Sopot, bed was comfortable. WiFi was good, I could work without issues. Water pressure in shower was great.

I looked at ratings and reviews and was a bit mislead by that. Cleanness is not at the highest level - all utensils and dishes I had to rewash, there were visible oily stains. Hair on the floor everywhere. Walls need refurbishment - stains and marks everywhere. There were no any toiletries, while description said so - no soap, no shower gel. Everything is very basic, soundproof was bad. It said garden view but my balcony was overlooking some garbage sorting place, constant noise and a guy whistling from early morning. Bathroom is tiny for 67sqm apartment. I had to ask for new pillow as the provided one smelled. Not saying the place was bad, landlord was very friendly and accommodating. But place itself is super basic and perhaps renovation and extra cleaning would help.

Nie było zawartej informacji że podwójne łóżko składa się tak naprawdę z dwóch pojedynczych łóżek oraz pojedynczych materacy, uciążliwe bo można wpaść w środek między oba materace. Trafiliśmy na hałasy które trwały pół nocy, krzyki, nawet ktoś coś opuścił.. nawet był ktoś pod drzwiami w środku nocy.

Ciekawa lokalizacja na wycieczki po okolicy.

Lokalizacja oraz obsługa były bardzo dobre. W okolicy jest dużo atrakcji, sklepów oraz punktów gastronomicznych. Lokal był bardzo dobrym punktem wypadowym do zwiedzania okolicy. Po przyjeździe zastały nas czyste oraz dobrze zaopatrzone pokoje. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Lokal przyjazny dla zwierząt.

Zajmowany lokal usytuowany był na parterze od strony ulicy (Chopina 29 Sopot Apartments posiada chyba tylko 1 taki lokal). Zawieszone w oknach grube firany nie zapewniały wystarczającej prywatności zwłaszcza po zmroku. Każdy przechodzień mógł zajrzeć do środka i zobaczyć na przykład kto akurat wychodzi z łazienki. Podczas 3 dniowego pobytu kilka razy doszło do sytuacji, w których postronne osoby kręciły się pod oknami, pukały i szarpały za klamkę co znacząco obniżało komfort pobytu.

Wyposażenie bardzo ubogie, brak chociażby zwykłych kubków do kawy. Cena moim zdaniem mocno zawyżona w stosunku do jakości i komfortu. Brudno, skąpo. Pralki brak, a w opisie było napisane, że jest. Brak odkurzacza i dodatkowych worków na śmieci. Nie są to może jakieś super potrzebne rzeczy na co dzień, jednak warto mieć te rzeczy na wyposażeniu, tymbardziej, że są napisane w opisie obiektu.

Apartament ma świetną lokalizację, w stosunkowo cichej ulicy. 5 min pieszo z dworca PKP oraz 5-7 min spacerem do Monciaka. Po drugiej stronie ulicy jest sklep Żabka. Wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka

Drobny mankament to położenie lokalu na poddaszu (dociera się do niego przez dwie klatki schodowe) i brak zasłon w oknach, co sprawia, że nad ranem w okresie letnim jest już bardzo jasno w pokoju

Myślę że przyszłościowo warto pomyśleć o klimatyzacji w pokojach, niestety trafiliśmy na moment remontu budynku sąsiadującego, więc o 7 rano zaczynały się tam prace, to napewno przejściowy etap, ale jednak, drzwi do pokoju nie są wygłaszające więc tez jak inni goście wracają w nocy to też słychać, kawiarnia która jest widoczna na zdjęciach przy obiekcie jest nieczynna
