Pokój był dość czysty
W pokoju było dość chłodno i wilgotno z powodu braku ogrzewania. .Liczba miejsc parkingowych jest bardzo ograniczona — dostępne są tylko 2–3 miejsca. Dodatkowo sąsiad samodzielnie decyduje, kto i gdzie może parkować, co powoduje niepotrzebny stres.

Czystość w pokoju oraz bardzo sprawne, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie – instrukcje wraz z kodami wejścia dostaliśmy SMS-em już po godzinie 12:00.
Obiekt zaakceptował w systemie prośbę o dwa osobne łóżka, ale na miejscu jej nie przygotował (było jedno złączone). Do tego brak odpowiedzi na czacie Booking przed przyjazdem, bardzo słabe wyciszenie (przez ściany słychać sąsiadów) oraz ciasna łazienka.
