Not for family stay

Lovely bathroom and very clean room were actually the pros here. Also nice deco for a small space.

The trains passing by were unbearable especially in the night. I couldn't sleep. Also the sofa bed in a very used state. I am quite short height (160 cm) and the windows were quite high fixed so not able to admire the views. 105 steps to get to the room was not that bad. The owner a bit chaotic, send messages asking for access while we were packing a day before and then again when we travelled, changing arrangements which made it a bit of unneeded stress. Send multiple reminders about additional charges required in cash. To be honest felt a bit trapped in a small room.

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne, czyste i dobrze urządzone. Miły właściciel. Działający dobrze sprzęt, dostęp do internetu oraz możliwość obejrzenia telewizji. Bardzo blisko do sklepów oraz restauracji. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy do mieszkania 🥰

Apartament z widokiem na niebo i dachy na 5 piętrze.

W sumie to, tylko że mieliśmy gdzie spać.

Czystości brak, poczynając od Lodówki poprzez podłogi i łazienkę. Małe okna z widokiem na niebo, wszystko się kleiło, szyby nie myte od nie wiem kiedy. Krzesła przy stole/wyspie nie dało się na nich siedzieć za wysokie, zapach jak by coś umarło, odświeżacz nie pomógł. Zimno. Nieszczelne okna, wiało, głośno od pociągów. Cena za wysoka do jakości apartamentu. Łóżko podwójne kołdra 90 dwie. Czystość, odrażające miejsce do wypoczynku. Styczeń nie polecam!

Wejście do samego studia nr 2 trochę karkołomne. Otwietasz drzwi a tu wąskie kręte schody jak na wieży.

Zbyt ciasny na 4 osoby posiadające bagaże, brak miejsca przy stole dla czwartej osoby, niewygodne wejście do lokalu po stromych schodach (nie mówię o klatce schodowej, tylko o wejściu do samego apartamentu)

Krótki Pobyt 3 osoby 2 noce

Obiekt bardzo czysty, nowocześnie urządzony i wyremontowany, duża łazienka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, zastawa stołowa, ekspres do kawy, toster, pralka, telewizor, odkurzacz, deska do prasowania akcesoria plażowe na wyposażeniu. Obiekt jest mniejszy niż wydaje się na zdjęciach. Byliśmy 3 osobową rodziną na dwie noce więc było ok, ale na dłuższy pobyt byłoby już mało komfortowo. Na antresoli po stromych schodach dwa wygodne materace, ale wysokie osoby mogłyby mieć problem z przestrzenią. Strome schody prowadzące do mieszkania i na antresolę, pobyt z małym dzieckiem odpada. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie centrum, Molo oraz stacji kolejowej , często jeżdżą pociągi, ale są ciche. Wszędzie blisko, do molo 3 minuty. Widok przecudny na morze ponad dachami budynków. Przed wejściem do kamienicy jest mały parking miejski, na dłużej auto zostawiłam z tyłu kamienicy, ale trzeba iść do okoła, w weekendy parking bezpłatny. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze, podobało mi się i może na kolejny krótki pobyt wynajęła bym drugi raz.
