Great views in a spacious apartment.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was very spacious and view was great.

Be prepared for a lot of stairs. Some of the facilities could use updating.

Loved the location. Bigger than we ecspected, and loved the big bath, and that we had washing machine, so we could cleen the bath towels as we stayed a week. The apartment should have had more pictures in the advertice, there are two bathrooms. Great view from the terrace.

Best of the apartment was the view and excellent location.

There was only one key for the apartment for 4 persons, there was no elevator in the building and therefore the stairs to the top floor were quite hard to climb.

Apartament świetnie położony, duży, przestronny z pięknym widokiem na morze.

Najbardziej podobała nam się lokalizacja apartamentu, bisko do dworca PKP i oczywiście tuż przy Monciaku. Apartament bardzo przestronny, duża i wygodna część wspólna ze stołem do zjedzenia posiłków oraz kanapami i fotelami. Sypialnie z wygodnymi materacami. Dwie łazienki to też duży plus jeśli w apartamencie mieszka więcej osób. Byłyśmy zachwycone widokiem z tarasu na dachy domów i morze. Widok zdecydowanie rekompensował konieczność wejścia z walizkami na najwyższe piętro kamienicy.

W mniejszej łazience zamek był zepsuty. Kanapa w części wspólnej też wymaga naprawy. Miałam kłopot z otwieraniem zamka wejściowego, może przydała by się krótka instrukcja obsługi tego typu zamka podczas odbierania kluczy?

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, hatte eine sehr gute Küchenausstattung

Die Treppen,, doch das kann man vorher lesen und daran nichts ändern. Schlecht sind die Betten, zumindest im kleineren Zimmer. Die Matratzen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden (die Federn drücken durch), genauso wie das Bettzeug, Bettwäsche kaputt, neue größere Kopfkissen wären schön (die vorhandenen sind nur für Kleinkinder ausreichend . Die vorhandene Tontechnik ist überflüssig, weil nicht bedienbar, sinnloses Kabelgewirr. Fernseher gibt es nicht, was uns nicht gestört hat, aber für andere vielleicht wichtiger ist. Die größte Katastrophe ist die an für sich schöne Terrasse., was von vielen Vorgängern schon erwähnt wurde und deshalb ist es unverständlich, dass die Mängel nicht beseitigt werden. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind allesamt Schrott, die Korbmöbel unbenutzbar, der Schrank fällt auseinander, die Terrasse steht unter Wasser, weil der Abfluss verstopft ist. Was nutzen Bewerbungen, wenn nicht reagiert wird. Irgendwann kann man auch nicht mehr sagen, der Blick entschädigt . Wären wir im Sommer da gewesen, hätten wir uns noch mehr über die nicht nutzbare Terrasse geärgert.

Świetna lokalizacja, przepiękny widok z tarasu. Apartament duży i przestronny pozwalający na pełen komfort pobytu paru osób (dwie łazienki, duży salon z jadalnią i 3 niezależne sypialnie).

Przepiękny. Komfortowy.

Idealna lokalizacja. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone z przepięknym widokiem na morze i latarnię morską. Dla 5 osób - trzy sypialnie, dwie łazienki - jedna z dużą wanną i cudownym widokiem na wieżę kościoła - duży salon, kuchnia, to komfortowe warunki dla całej rodziny. Miejsce parkingowe tuż przy kamienicy.

Nie ma czegoś takiego. Może trzeba byłoby trochę odświeżyć taras. Ale widoki z tarasu wynagradzają wszystko 😊

Najlepszy widok na Sopot

To bardzo duże mieszkanie w pięknej, zabytkowej kamienicy, zlokalizowane tuż przy Monciaku. Z tarasu widok na Dolny Sopot, morze, molo. Wschód słońca można oglądać bezpośrednio z niego. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. 2 łazienki - jedna z prysznicem, druga z wanną. Na deszczowe dni ciekawa biblioteczka książek i filmów na DVD.

Wybierz świadomie, jeśli jedziesz z psem lub masz kłopoty z kolanami - mieszkanie jest na 4 piętrze, nie ma windy (myślę jednak, że widok i wielkość mieszkania rekompensują biegi po schodach). Mieszkanie ma dosyć osobisty charakter, dużo bibelotów, (u)suszonych kwiatów.
