Viking Sopot Apartment

Location, comfortable bed. Spacious place.

Dirty shower that was clogged with hair that we had to clean in order to use. Mold in the shower. No dishwashing liquid in site, no sponge in kitchen, no dishwasher tablets. Once i pointed that out, was told that nobody ever complained and that I should go to the store and buy what I need. Idk about you but who brings their own dishwasher tablets once the stay at booking.com places. 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for 6 ppl for 5 days. The toilet scrub broke the second i tried to pick it up (probably was broken before and just left there, but that would just mean that cleaner didn’t use it then or ignored the fact that it broke. Not sure which scenario is worse) Electric sockets on one of the walls didn’t work so couldn’t charge phones at night or plug in night lamp. The heated cloth hanger in bathroom couldn’t be turned on (not electric, no way to hang and dry clothes after beach properly). Washing machine reeks because was not dried.

Labai jaukūs apartamentai, per visą mūsų kelionę tai buvo pačios patogiausios lovos miegojimui. Vien dėl ju verta apsistoti🙂

Atvykus į apartamentus po 16val. jie dar nebuvo sutvarkyti, bet čia galbūt, kad buvo Naujųjų Metų išvakarės.

Spędziliśmy świetny weekend! Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie, mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, niczego nam nie brakowało. Kontakt z właścicielką rewelacyjny – bardzo miła i pomocna, a do tego zgodziła się na wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Inside, the apartment itself is renovated and generally okay — it’s quite spacious and has two proper bedrooms, which was hard to find in Sopot last minute. However, it’s quite dark inside, and the bathroom is older and would benefit from some renovation. The “balcony” looks at internal courtyard with parking, which is probably why it doesn’t feature much on the photographs

The staircase leading up to the apartment felt a bit eerie, with one of the neighbouring doors sealed off with yellow tape. The stairs themselves are very old and quite difficult for carrying luggage or a buggy. The apartment was much darker than expected, and the bathroom is dated and in need of renovation. It’s also very noisy inside due to constant traffic from the busy road outside. The location looks convenient on a map, but in reality, it’s quite a walk to reach the main part of Sopot as you need to cross a major road. After seeing it in person, we decided to rebook elsewhere as it didn’t meet our expectations.
