Très bon emplacement mais c'est le seul point positif que nous retenons
Nous n'avons eu aucune information quant à la localisation du garage auquel on accède pas depuis l'adresse transmise. Heureusement de gentils voisins nous ont aidés.
L'état du logement laisse vraiment à désirer, les stores sont soit cassés ou en très mauvais état, des trous dans les murs, des tâches sur les murs, des lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas etc...
Et le pire reste le manque d'hygiène, le ménage n'avait probablement pas été fait depuis un moment, des toiles d'araignée, des papiers derrière le canapé etc...
J'ai quand même tenté de contacter le propriétaire pour lui faire part de notre surprise de l'état du logement, il nous a répondu au bout de 2j (nous repartions le lendemain).
Je pense que pour le prix vous pouvez trouver bien mieux sur Sopot
$$$$
